About Zoe Behennah

I am a Registered Member of the BACP and therefore adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework (2017) which provides a set of guidelines ensuring safety and a professional standard of working for both myself and my clients.

I work using a Person Centred Approach, meaning that you, the client, is kept at the centre of the work. We work collaboratively, in a way that suits you, focusing on your needs and agenda and working at your pace. My role is to guide you and help you explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings and experiences in order to find solutions and better your own understanding. Confidentially is key to our relationship and all sessions are kept between us.

Qualifications

  • BSc (Hons) Psychology
  • CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills
  • CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
  • CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic Skills and Theory (ongoing)

I have spent time working with multiple sclerosis patients and carers at a dedicated centre as well as working with a range of clients at a local medical centre. My experience includes;
